Our selection procedure
Working at Sif is a serious business; that's why we like to take the time to get to know each other. That way, we can see if your experience, ambitions, and personality fit our organization and a specific position, and also whether our work setting and corporate culture are right for you.
During the selection process, we go through a number of steps such as an interview with the HR department, an interview with the manager, and a guided tour. Once these steps have been successfully completed, we offer you an orientation day. During this day you have the chance to experience the work setting, how colleagues work together and the specific activities. We draw up an individual programme for this purpose, so that you can see and experience as much as possible. This also gives you the opportunity to ask current employees what it's really like to work at Sif: they could turn out to be your new colleagues!
